Cookery Demonstration’s for Slow Food Dublin
Date: April 4th, 2012Slow Food Ireland Dublin Convivium Spring Foraging
The Slow Food visited us last Saturday. Their experience at O'Connells began with freshly baked fruit loaf baked that morning and served with Tipperary Honey from our Shopeen.
The group then went foraging for wild garlic, foraged nettles and Alexander...and Tom went along!

Upon returning the group enjoyed a cookery demonstration from Tom of Rubarb tart, that was cooked and ready fro their desert after their foraged ingredients lunch.
