Christmas is Coming
Date: October 20th, 2009Christmas is coming. We are having great fun here tasting our Sherry Trifle. Ah the memories! It is quite amazing how food smells and flavours can transport us to our childhood. On Sunday, I walked Cullohill 'Mountain' in my native village in Co Laois, collected Blackberries and Hazelnuts.
